My rollercoaster experience!

The staff were exceptional and made every effort to assist us, especially during an emergency. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, an epic start to each day. ,

Some amenities, like the pool, were underwhelming and not properly serviced. The food in the lounge fell short of expectations, lacking freshness and variety.

The check-in was super smooth, and we were thrilled to be upgraded to a bigger room right away, which was a lovely surprise after our long journey. I totally enjoyed relaxing at the rooftop pool and made great use of the spa center during my stay. Just a minor hiccup with the Wi-Fi connection but it didn't take away from my overall experience. definitely a place I'd come back to! 😊

My stay at Sofitel was wonderful. The breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety, and the staff demonstrated fantastic hospitality. The hairdryer plug location proved a bit inconvenient. A good experience that blended comfort with excellent service.
